Krystal Hardy Allen: CEO, Educator, and DEI Advocate

Krystal Hardy Allen, a Selma, Alabama native, is the Founder & CEO of K. Allen Consulting™, a globally recognized management consulting firm serving clients in over eight countries. A respected thought leader in organizational leadership and DEI, Krystal is also an award-winning former teacher and principal. Her career began in elementary education and grew into instructional leadership, where her passion for equitable education flourished.

Since founding K. Allen Consulting™ in 2017, Krystal has partnered with major brands like Amazon, Apple, and Microsoft, as well as school systems and nonprofits. Her insights on racial bias in classrooms have been featured in Time Magazine. Recognized among Louisiana’s top five Education Change-makers and as a 40 Under 40 honoree, Krystal is a first-generation college graduate with degrees from Notre Dame and National Louis University and pursued doctoral studies at Columbia University. She also serves on boards promoting educational and economic equity.
