Virtual Meeting

Employment-based immigration offers a broad range of solutions to employers of every stripe (large-scale, small business, public and private sector) to identify, onboard and retain global talent when the local workforce is not in sufficient supply.  This year’s H-1B registration season kicks off on March 1, 2023, and that registration season will give employers across the nation an opportunity to register to hire foreign nationals who are talent leaders in STEM, Healthcare, Finance, Education, and various other professions.  In this Perk, we will discuss the H-1B visa program, how to navigate the same and other helpful employment-based immigration solutions and compliance tips.
