The New Frontier of Business Ethics

Organizations need to rethink the way they approach ethics to meet the demands of new business realities. The business case for adherence to a clear ethical code has never been stronger, thanks to globalization, technology and the effects of COVID-19 that has given consumers unprecedented access to information to gauge the trustworthiness of companies and products. These factors, plus heightened consumer concern for corporate social responsibility, have resulted in greater attention to ethical issues among executives, investors and employees.

Ethical standards need to be at the core of an organizations purpose, brand and culture.

To do so organizations need to:

* Adopt organizational values that are a realistic commitment
* Earn a reputation for ethical business behavior
* Allow employees to drive charitable commitments
* Align sustainability decisions with organizational values

As a consultant helping organizations develop best practices in human capital management, leadership development, organizational culture, Kevin has spent his professional career focusing on building successful and sustainable organizations for his clients. With over a decade of experience in leadership and organizational culture development, creative and strategic problem solving, and strong analytical skills have made him a trusted advisor and leader in his industry. He is also a sought after thought leader and asked to speak at events across the country, which led to establishment of the Leaders & Lagers Podcast.
