Developing a diversity and inclusion initiative involves four main phases, come learn more about creation and implementation to create value for your business.
About NOLA SHRM’s In-Focus:
In-Focus is a brief (about an hour), small group gathering led by area HR and Business Professionals to discuss timely topics of development to HR professionals. The setting is informal and designed more as a discussion group than a seminar.
