Jay Toups is the Founder, President and CEO of High Performance Teams, by RMR Inc. After spending time in the workforce as a corporate executive, Jay moved out on his own and established High Performance Teams, By RMR Inc.
Since 2002, we have worked with small and medium sized businesses focused on helping build better teams and thus, better businesses.
Past experience includes managing or directing teams that range in size from 5 to 2000. This experience gives Jay a unique perspective on building company culture.
