Please review the slate in advance of the meeting on Wednesday, October 19th.  As provided in our bylaws, nominations may also be taken from the floor on that date. We look forward to the opportunity for each of you as NOLA SHRM members to cast your vote for the 2023 Board. You must be present to vote and/or present a nomination from the floor.

Meeting Summary

In a world where trust in leaders and organizations has declined, understanding the ethical implications of the psychological contract expectations of employees and honoring an organization’s obligations to those employees is likely to increase employee trust and commitment while benefiting the organization. As HR professionals it is important to understand what ethics in leadership means and help to assess and guide leaders as they make decisions impacting the behavior, performance, and goals of their organizations.
